Who doesn't love a snow day? Kinders celebrated winter with these amazing portraits...Kindergarteners reviewed their lines and shapes and created patterns on mitten and hat shapes using white oil pastels. Once complete we used tempera cakes to create a resist. Students repeated colors to create more patterns! Next, we discussed portraits and used more shapes and lines to create a face, scarf, body and arms.
